Emma Shaw, newspaper and part time crime scene photographer, returns to her small Blue Ridge Mountain home in North Carolina to bury her big brother, Early Shaw, the town’s Chief of Police who died in a mysterious accident. When the facts don’t add up for Emma she decides to buck the home town hierarchy and look into the matter herself.
